Mike Stack rallies crowd; Bucks Dems unveil plans to build party

SOUTHAMPTON – New energy and party unity were on tap today at Klinger Middle School in Southampton, as the Bucks County Democratic Committee convened to reorganize and elect officers.

Chairman John Cordisco was unanimously reelected to a fourth term at the helm of the party. Joining him were newly elected officers Vice Chair Glynnis Stone-Tihansky; Treasurer Sue DeRosier; and Comptroller Bill Cahill. Secretary Brad Kirsch was also reelected. All positions were elected unanimously.

DOYLESTOWN – On Saturday, June 14, 2014 the Bucks County Democratic Committee will convene for party reorganization and the election of officers. Democratic county parties are mandated by the Pennsylvania State Democratic Committee to reorganize within 30 days after the general primary in years which a Governor is elected. Per their By-laws, the BCDC is set to elect a Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Comptroller.

The meeting will take place on Saturday at Klinger Middle School, located at 1415 Second Street, Southampton, PA 18966. Registration begins at 9:30AM and the actual meeting will commence at 10:30AM.
