BUCKS COUNTY, PA — State Senator Steve Santarsiero (D-10) will be hitting the road with officials with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) during a summer road tour on Thursday through the 10th Senatorial District, which stretches from Buckingham south to Tullytown.

The road tour will include several stops to discuss high-priority repairs and improvements, beginning in the morning in Lower Bucks County and concluding with stops in Central Bucks County in the afternoon.

Locally, they will be discussing road projects at the Phillips’ Mill Community Association in Solebury, Cold Spring Creamery Road and South Mallard Lane in Buckingham and a bridge project over the North Branch of the Neshaminy Creek in Chalfont Borough.

The stops in Lower Bucks will focus on projects on Stony Hill Road in Lower Makefield, Route 413 and Route 13 in Bristol Township and Main Street and Fallsington Road in Tullytown Borough.

“PennDOT works non-stop to see that our roadways are safe and functional for motorists and pedestrians with limited resources,” said Senator Santarsiero. “It is critical we invest in our infrastructure so that PennDOT has adequate resources to meet the ever-growing needs of our communities.”
